I was running short on time today & decided to do a quick bodyweight workout. Let me just say that if anyone every tells you;”you need to go to the gym to get a good workout,” laugh at them. I was sweating after a couple of minutes. Not only it did kick my butt, but my kids enjoyed doing their version of the workout too. So I saved time, did a great workout, and spent time with the kids. That’s hard to do in the gym!!

Lots of Fitness Bootcamps are starting all across the US. Many are very successful. Most of them use mainly bodyweight exercise as the resistance. Results from these camps are outstanding, people are losing fat, toning up, and getting fit in no time. Now, these camps are tough. The people that are seeing results do earn it, but their hard work pays off.
