Happy Easter!
Today turned out to be a very nice Easter Sunday. Kids got up early to see what the Easter bunny brought them and Beth came home from her business trip. I got out this afternoon for a ride and run, then came home and fired up the grill.
Hope you all had a great day too.
Akward As A Donkey On a Rail
The Ladder Workout could be one of our hardest workouts. Thursday’s class got to experience The Ladder III. Seems the split squats made them feel “as awkward as a donkey on a rail” as one of the participants put it.
Winding Down in 2008
Today was my last Fitcamp class and the last day of teaching at ASU. Glad to have one semester of teaching under my belt. Fitcamp was awesome. Great group of people that work really hard. I’m already looking foward to the next round, which will start in Jan of 2009. Hopefully I can keep coming up with ideas that keep them challenged. Check out my Fitcamp site here.
We’ve been packing all afternoon. Leaving tomorrow afternoon to go to Portland, OR. Looking forward to a little time on the West Coast.

Family Vacation
We are just waking up on the third morning of our family beach trip to Bald Head Island. So far we’ve had a great time & enjoyed great weather. The kids are loving riding around on the golf carts. It sounds very windy this morning, but it should be an ok day.
I got my first run in yesterday with Bill. Felt great to run around the island. I’m looking foward to doing it again today.
We should be leaving tomorrow morning on the 10 or 11am ferry.
