I always use computer based programs to count and log my calories. I seem to do great for a few days, then end up trying to remember everything and log it at the end of the day. After reading this article in the NY Times: Phone Smart I decided to install the Calorie Counter app on my Droid. It syncs with Fat Secret website, so I can log my foods throughout the day from my phone or on the web. I plan on trying it for several days, then I’ll post my “review” here. The article has options for blackberries and iphones too.
