Today marks the end of a busy week. Finished up the second week of Fitcamp(Check out the video), had a successful week 1 of Reach Your Peak, and gave my first quiz of the semester.
I am participating in the weight loss challenge during this year’s Reach Your Peak program. I had awesome results during week 1 and unlike some others, didn’t spend endless hours exercising. Hey Greg, I just wanted to let you know that I just love the Fit Camp and Quick Fit classes. I have had more results from the Fit Camp than anything I have done. I have lost 15 punds since my first class in the Fall and I would like to drop at least 15 more pounds. So…..what’s your secret. Come on and share!!! See you Thursday morning. Thanks, Cheryl
