Ever since I posted the “Ladder” interval workout I’ve been getting requests for more downloadable material. So here’s a new leg workout. I’d try to do this workout 2 times per week. Just remember, form is everything here. You’ve got to get your depth on all the exercises if you want results. (Half or quater reps will result in half or quater results!) If you are not sure about what proper depth is shoot me an e-mail & we’ll discuss it, or find a trainer to help. Use this leg workout with the “Ladder” workout and get even better results.
