Get some great winter training with The Wellness Center’s indoor century(100 min) spin classes. Jay Johnson and I will kick off the five week series tomorrow at 2:00pm. Our “theme” is Ride the Hills with Team Clydesdale. Grab a spot for one of the remaining 4 rides. Cost is $5 per class.
